Writing
We provide claims demand writing services for practicing attorneys as well as inviduals who are not represented but still seek to present a demand to an insurance carrier or entity.
We don't pursue damages for clients nor provide representation, however, we understand how a demand needs to be configured so our clients have the best presentation of their damages in writing.
A well written demand is critical in getting the best outcome for a claim.
